Bloom color: Peach-yellow with red eyes flushing to a wine-rose color in the cool of fall.
Leaf/Foliage: Lacy, dark green leaves with a 32 inch spread and a 24 inch height.
Goes great with:Heuchera 'Peach Flambe', Canna 'Tropicanna', Eucomis 'Oakhurst', Zantedeschia 'Edge of Night', and Heuchera obsidian.
Habit: Mounding
Season: Winter dormancy needed for best growth and flowering. Will bloom early May through the fall.

Where does it come from: Terra Nova's pollinating magicians (using Coreopsis auriculata). Most coreopsis range from Texas through the Midwest and to the Eastern seaboard. They are considered "plains plants" to many.
Tips: A one-time midsummer cutback (to 12 inches) will keep the plant tidy. It re-blooms quickly on the new growth. Do not feed too heavily and keep soil pH between 5.6-6.8. Full sun. USDA hardiness zones 5B to 9.
