Where does it come from: Originally selected by Gordon Sester of Sester Farms in Gresham, Oregon.
Tips: Use as a colorful focal point or accent. May be placed in any garden where one might otherwise use an Alberta spruce. 'Sester Dwarf' is also suitable for containers. Plant in full sun for best color, shape, and health of the plant. It is a very slow growing dwarf of the species Zones 2 to 7.
