- I’m making prototype containers for the wedding project I’ve been working on. Bending and folding the metal is harder than I thought it would be. But it looks cool already and it took me seconds to make. Next step is to fill it with plants and let it grow in. I am growing literally hundred of plants for this project. It’s amazing what you can do with a small space, especially when people tell you that you can’t do it.
- I’m working on making a very lopsided area of my back yard more level. I’ve added about 12 wheelbarrows full of municipal compost back there and it’s finally leveling out. Next I’m going to plant grass seed or maybe Pennyroyal? It will eventually be a seating area. Because I sit down so often in my garden. Ha!
- I told the neighbor kids to take all the Daffodils they see from my yard for bouquets for their mom, grandma, teachers and strangers. I’m already tired of them. KMA is grumpy.
- Anybody need some Castor Bean seedlings? I had no idea they’d all take and I feel like it’s only a matter of time before I’m crowded out of my own home…
Dirty Hands Contest ends this Friday, are these prizes not cool enough for you? You can enter in the forum. Each new comment wins a Castor Bean seedling…
