Here’s a simple way to cut down on what you spend at the garden center in spring. Eliminate impulse purchases by following this one easy tip.
Shop twice. The first time, leave your wallet at home! Bring a digital camera, pen and paper, and record all the plants you want, plus their prices. Back at home, decide which ones really belong in your garden. This gives you time to double-check which will thrive in your soil and sun exposure—and what you truly have space for and the time to plant.
