Tip of the Week: Using Repetition in Design

Good garden design uses plants in repetition. Here’s how and why to do it.

Kerry Ann Mendez of Perennially Yours offers this design tip:

Repeating the same plant at various intervals in a garden unifies a bed and helps carry the eye through a garden. Repeating the same plants in neighboring gardens also provides an important "relational" component. As individual gardens start playing as a team, the results can be sensational.

Join Kerry in a live, free online workshop on Tuesday, March 16, at 7 p.m. EST. She'll elaborate on this tip and share many more ways to make your garden stand out. Click here to register.
