Hello, I am in Hillsboro Oreogn, do I have to cut back my outdoor gartenmeister fuchsia to prepare it or to help it to overwinter outdoors. It is presently about 3 feet tall and has quite a bit of "woody" branches and since I am new to gardening I don't want to kill this beauty. Thanks for any help you can offer.
