Subtly Fragranced? My Aster…

Submitted by on May 21, 2009 – 12:05 amNo Comment

I saw this beautiful Tree Peony ‘Tamasudare’ blooming at a nursery the other day, so naturally I went in for a sniff.

I have to say, that was one of the worst smells EVER. It was like something you’d clean your grill with. I felt like my lungs got exfoliated. It was like sucking on a semi-truck exhaust. It was sort of like huffing spray paint, but less fun. It was like painting the insides of my nostrils with gasoline. It was like taking a shower in weed killer. It was bad.
Ahhh. So I didn’t buy it.
I’ll be in the forum, you can tell me what else stinks.
