Kiss My Aster Buys Plants To Benefit STDs

Submitted by on April 6, 2009 – 12:04 amNo Comment

I went to a native plant sale on Saturday morning to benefit Save the Dunes. Natives are just alright with me but my Dad lives in a very woodsy, natural setting and it’s really the way to go for him. So I offered to go with him to be his personal shopper. Here are some photos.

Highlights? A yellow Baptisia for him and an Eryngium yuccifolium for me. Oh, and the view—for sure, the view.

Do you have native plant sales like this where you garden? Want to dress me down for not being a native freak? Want to go to the beach with me? I’ll be in the forum.
