KMA Landscaping Basics #404 & a PSA

Submitted by on April 2, 2009 – 12:04 amNo Comment

If you are going to plant boxwood near the sidewalk, street curb or driveway, think about adding some sort of protective fencing around the poor things. They don’t tolerate even a tiny drop of dog pee and I’m tired of looking at streets lined with half dead Buxus.

In support of this declaration I offer Exhibit A.

What are your landscape basics? Tell me in the forum. Oh, I have another one! I see pots still filled with dead mums and it’s April. I’d rather see empty pots, people. Step up!
