Something has been eating my tomatoes, and over the weekend I saw the culprit. A woodchuck waddled over, reached up, bent a branch down and grabbed a tomato! How can I keep woodchucks out of my vegetable garden?

Have you ever seen a more glamorous way to protect a blueberry bush from birds?

The blueberries will be ripe soon and I want to be sure I get a few this year- and I want to do it with style, of course!

Tweny-five cents worth of tulle and I’m protected in style! Perhaps I watched too many Fellini movies this weekend, but I think this is a perfect, cheap, entertaining and beatiful way to get the job done.

What do you think? Am I off my nut? More than usual?
