At Last....
May 24, 2009 by Amanda ThomsenSummary
![]() At last, my Lupines have come along My Lupineless days are over And life is like a song Oh, yeah, at last The skies above are blue My heart was wrapped up in Oxalis The day I planted you I found a raceme butterflies could cling to A raceme that I can call my own I found a Fabaceae to rest my cheek to A Pea that I couldn't before grow Oh, yeah when you grew, I smiled Oh, and then in spring you came back And here we are in Indiana For you are mine At last If you couldn't tell, I'm excited that I'm growing Lupines. I never could before. I'll be in the forum, you can tell me what a dork I am in there. |
