Horticulture - Indiana Thomsen and the Cabbage Worms of Doom
Indiana Thomsen and the Cabbage Worms of Doom
July 05, 2009
by  Amanda Thomsen

Cabbage worms drive me to the brink. This year, I'm pushing back.

One day my cabbage looks great, the next it’s holier than the Pope. I’ve dealt with this before and it was a losing battle. So I got angry and got even. I'm hand squishing. I don’t have time to go get soapy water or to collect a handful and drop them on the pavement to squish, I want instant gratification, I'm doing it for all the holey cabbages out there.

Tell me how gross I am in the forum.

P.S. For those of you that would say “Ooooh, they turn into lovely butterflies after eating all your cabbage!” Listen, they’d have to turn into UNICORNS to validate their existence in my book. So shut it.
